The purpose of these books is to educate children about the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and environmental awareness, raise funds for community organizations and honor those who lost their lives in the disaster. Since each book incorporates basic life lessons on coping and problem solving they are suitable for all children in all areas. The delightful cast of characters will make you laugh and maybe even cry with their effort and determination to take a positive approach to solving difficult situations.
We dedicate these stories to the eleven families of the men listed below who lost their lives in the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig.
